We offer 3 versions of PSM
PSM 5 for PC
PSM 5 is our latest release for PC and allows for super fast image uploads. You should choose this version if you want to publish images & galleries as quickly as possible, but don't want to place orders through the software. PSM 5 focuses on ease of use and significantly increases upload speeds in some cases up to 10 times over previous versions. There is no lab ordering functionality in this version, lab orders are placed online through Lab Central.

PSM 3.5 for PC
This version is for photographers who want to do point of sale transactions or place orders through PSM instead of online through Lab Central. It allows photographers to publish images and galleries to their site, however upload speeds are not as fast as PSM 5.

PSM 3.1 for Mac
PSM for Mac v.3.1 enables photographers to place direct Lab orders and send them to Printroom for fulfillment. The equivalent of PSM for PC on the Mac platform, it enabls photographers to calculate orders' prices, securely charges the photographer's or customer's credit card and uploads multiple orders at a time.

Installation Recommendations:
During installation of Pro Studio Manager 5, you will be prompted to make certain decisions regarding software configuration. We strongly recommend to:- Accept recommended default path for the software destination folder.
- Accept recommended default path for your galleries folder.
Pro Studio Manager 5 can be installed either as a fresh install, if you never used any previous versions of Pro Studio Manager, or as an upgrade, if your currently installed version of PSM is Pro Studio Manager 3.5.
Note: If you have been using Pro Studio Manager 3.5 for placing Lab orders, upgrading it to PSM5 will make this feature unavailable.

The new functionality of PSM for Mac v.3.1 enables photographers to place direct Lab orders and send them to Printroom for fulfillment. PSM for Mac v.3.1 calculates orders' prices, securely charges photographer or customer credit card and uploads multiple orders at a time.
The following major features have been implemented in PSM for Mac v3.1:
- Configure Shipping and Billing information as a part of photographer account
- Download current Printroom prices
- Configure a subset of PrintroomÂ’s products and use it for placing orders
- Individual cropping of every image according to ordered print format
- Select and place Lab orders from images located either in PSM galleries or on a hard drive
- Crop ordered images to the specified print format
- Select different paper types and color effects per every order
- Specify different shipping methods and destinations
- Simultaneous upload of multiple orders with validating orders status
- Organize PSM Galleries into Gallery Groups and publish them to the web site

The new functionality of PSM for Mac v.3.0 enables photographers to place direct Lab orders and send them to Printroom for fulfillment. PSM for Mac v.3.0 calculates orders' prices, securely charges photographer or customer credit card and uploads multiple orders at a time.
The following major features have been implemented in PSM for Mac v.3.0:
- Download standard Printroom products and prices
- Select images from PSM galleries or a hard drive and compile orders based on Printroom offering
- Take customers'information, calculate order totals and charge customer on site
- Individual cropping of every image according to ordered print format
- Acquire order status
- Place multiple orders at a time
